Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will help shape the store's success and contribute to our growth.

You will drive sales, manage merchandise, and maintain store standards while upholding health and safety policies. A strong emphasis on communication and flexibility is essential in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role.
• Customer-focused and able to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and safety policies.
• Other duties as required.
