Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support daily store operations in Los Angeles.

You will help drive sales through effective service, merchandising, and teamwork, while supporting inventory and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualified candidates show a customer-centric attitude, strong English communication, and availability for weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets.
• Clear spoken English and reading/writing in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Prolonged standing 4–14 hours daily.
• Ability to lift 5–25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Additional duties as required.
