The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in a fast-paced retail environment in Los Angeles. You will assist with daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences, contributing to store success and company growth.

You will support sales targets, manage basic merchandise tasks, and work with teammates to maintain a welcoming, safe shopping environment while adhering to company policies.

Formación

• Proven experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Handle daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and operational goals and adhere to policies and health & safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
