Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Clear spoken English to communicate with customers and read reports.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visuals, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals while following policies and safety rules.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
