Job summary

JD Finish Line in Palm Desert is seeking an energetic Store Associate to support daily operations and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage stock, support promotions, and help keep the store inviting.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achieving targets.
Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance, while complying with policies and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals while following procedures.
