Finish Line is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and maintain the sales floor to reflect our brand.

This role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, strong communication, basic math, and familiarity with POS systems. You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding shopping experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store sales and operational goals.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
