The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an energetic Associate to support daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and help drive sales in Williamsburg, Virginia.

You will assist with merchandise management, inventory, and visual displays, address customer needs, and collaborate with teammates to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekends/holidays, basic math, and POS familiarity are preferred.

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric focus with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
