Qualifications

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Be cross-trained to support multiple store areas.
• Model customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process customer purchases and returns accurately.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support safety and adhere to labor laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
