Job summary

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking an experienced Retail & Events Manager to lead a growing field marketing team. You will oversee approximately 15 Marketing Representatives and drive lead generation through retail partnerships, community events, and local initiatives.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage operations across multiple locations, and maintain brand standards at every booth, kiosk, and event.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience leading teams in retail, sales, marketing, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations, performance, and development of the retail and event marketing team across locations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members; conduct regular coaching sessions and reviews.
• Oversee staffing, event logistics, and brand representation at retail locations and community events.
• Monitor KPIs, lead generation, appointment quality, and conversion metrics; drive overall team performance.
