All Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc is seeking an experienced Retail & Events Manager to lead our field marketing team. You will oversee approximately 15 Retail and Event Marketing Representatives, driving lead generation through retail partnerships, community events, and local marketing initiatives across Southern West Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations, performance, and development of the retail and event marketing team across locations and events.
