Michaels at JAX-Beach Blvd, FL is seeking a store cleaning associate to maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment. You will help customers, ensure product placement, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include trash collection, dusting, mopping, deep cleaning high-traffic areas, and assisting with checkout and omni-channel tasks. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings, and a positive team attitude.

Competenze

• Experience in retail or cleaning preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and perform physical tasks.

Mansioni

• Maintain high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery to deliver Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop the store and find what they’re looking for.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures; dust and damp mop floors.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning; restock as needed.
• Deep clean key areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways) to keep a safe environment.
• Follow SOPs and Company policies; ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
