Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for multiple cross functional retail projects with concurrent timelines.
• Establish QA standards, guidelines, technologies, and approaches for projects and testing team.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore testing team activities and develop test processes, strategies and plans.
• Work with Automation Lead to reduce regression test cycles with focus on high automation.
• Collaborate with business, development teams and project managers to set schedules and deliver high quality releases.
