Job summary

Apple in Seattle seeks an EHS Lead for Retail to develop and execute health, safety and environmental programs across Apple stores and facilities. You will drive policy, training and incident management while partnering with Retail Ops, Facilities and HR.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA rules, ability to lead audits and investigations, and a proactive approach to improving workplace safety and wellbeing at multiple sites in the Seattle area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of EHS experience, preferably in retail or large organizations.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety and health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Facilities, HR and other partners to develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with global and local teams to identify potential EHS issues and respond promptly.
• Provide guidance on safety programs for stores, offices, and corporate spaces.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and assist in audits and reporting.
• Oversee EHS inspections, incident investigations and action tracking.
• Develop training materials and lead staff training on EHS practices.
• Support emergency response planning and governance for large events.
