lululemon Athletica is seeking a Full-Time Educator at Pocono Premium Outlet. The Educator delivers world-class guest service, shares high-quality product education, and connects with our community and culture on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, offering tailored solutions, and collaborating with the team to maintain a luxury store environment and seamless omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (EMEA note in original ad), and ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
