lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Dedham store. You’ll educate guests on product features and benefits, assist with transactions, and support omnichannel options while moving fluidly across the floor to serve customers.

We value inclusion, teamwork, and a positive, energetic store environment. Eligibility includes legal work authorization, being 18+, and reliable transportation to the store.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest service and engage with guests to understand needs.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product benefits.
• Support seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs on the floor.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to assist guests and acknowledge feedback.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an inclusive, welcoming store culture.
