Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• EMEA-specific right-to-work documentation may apply.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that respects guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take appropriate action.
