Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a store team member to lead a customer-focused experience and promote sales. You will process donated merchandise for sale, including pricing and tagging.

This role requires English literacy, lifting and moving in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. The position offers comprehensive benefits after 60 days and a starting pay of $15.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and tagging.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per floorwork and PPM standards.
• Assists with stocking and organization of merchandise and ensures safety procedures are followed.
