Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking motivated individuals to join our Midland store as Retail Donation Attendants in both part-time and full-time roles. You will greet donors, assist with donations, and help maintain a friendly shopping environment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 35 pounds, work flexible shifts, and provide excellent customer service. The position offers hourly pay of $15.00 and benefits for full-time staff.

• Assist with safely transporting donations from vehicle to back room.
• Record donors and donations accurately on the tracking form.
• Maintain back room layout and sales floor cleanliness.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals donating to Goodwill.
• Greet donors with a friendly, professional greeting.
• Help donors safely transport their donations from their vehicle to the back room.
• Assist with customer and donor concerns, addressing them in a professional manner.
• Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form
• Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining cleanliness in the back room and on the sales floor.
• Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency.
