Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is hiring a Part Time Retail Donation Attendant for our Bay City store at 4011 Euclid Ave. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with a 20% discount on in-store purchases for associates.

This role emphasizes friendly donor service, accurate donation processing, and maintaining clean backroom and sales floor. Part-time schedule, with lifting up to 35 pounds and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 6–8 hours and handle shop floor duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, assisting them with donations in a friendly, professional, and safe manner
• Assist with customer/donor concerns, handling them professionally
• Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form; record all gaylords/items accurately on the Bill of Lading
• Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining the cleanliness in the backroom and on the sales floor.
• Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency

$15.00 an hour to start!

Essential duties and responsibilities:
