Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Store Managers across three locations.
• Help managers develop their teams and become stronger decision-makers.
• Hold stores accountable for sales goals, staffing, labor, cleanliness, customer service, and other performance expectations.
• Review store performance using KPIs to inform decisions.
• Provide staffing and scheduling oversight to align labor with needs and volume.
• Support hiring, employee relations, and team development.
• Maintain regular presence in stores to ensure consistency across locations.
• Troubleshoot technology, facilities, and day-to-day operating issues.
• Support inventory management, seasonal planning, promotions, and product rollouts.
• Collaborate with Production, Finance, Marketing, HR, and leadership on store needs and improvements.
• Ensure merchandising and customer experience reflect the Aglamesis Brothers brand.

Aglamesis Brothers is looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee our three retail locations and support the continued development of our store teams and operations.

We’re looking for a leader who can bring strong retail or food-service experience to the team while taking the time to understand our business and culture.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and finding practical ways to improve store performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support Store Managers across three locations.
• Help managers develop their teams and become stronger, more confident decision-makers.
• Hold stores accountable for sales goals, staffing, labor, cleanliness, customer service, and other performance expectations.
• Review store performance and use sales, labor, inventory, and other KPIs to make informed decisions.
• Provide oversight of staffing and scheduling to ensure labor aligns with store needs and customer volume.
• Support hiring, employee relations, performance conversations, and team development.
• Maintain a regular presence in the stores and help create consistency across locations.
• Help troubleshoot technology, facilities, and day-to-day operational issues.
• Support inventory management, seasonal planning, promotions, and new product rollouts.
• Partner with Production to communicate inventory needs, product-quality concerns, and customer feedback.
• Work with Finance, Marketing, HR, and company leadership on store needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure merchandising, store presentation, and customer experience reflect the Aglamesis Brothers brand.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of retail, food service, hospitality, or similar management experience.
• Experience leading and developing managers or supervisors.
• Food-service experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling, labor management, and store operations.
• Comfortable reviewing store performance and using data to make decisions.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with POS, inventory, and other business technology; Toast experience is a plus.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an environment where processes and systems continue to evolve.

Schedule

• Full-time position, typically around 40 hours per week
• Schedule will flex based on store needs and seasonality
• Time will be spent across all three retail locations
• Flexibility to prioritize the stores that need the most support
• Some evening and weekend availability will be expected
• Additional flexibility may be needed during holidays and peak seasons
