Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is seeking a Retail Distribution Center Inventory Lead to manage daily inventory and support distribution center operations in Teton Village. The role focuses on processing deliveries, restocking, and accurate fulfillment to drive retail performance.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with inventory systems. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and possess a valid driver’s license; prior warehouse/logistics

Qualifikationen

Position Title: Retail Distribution Center Inventory Lead

Department: Retail Distribution Center

General Description

Assist Distribution Center Managers and Supervisors in all aspects of inventory maintenance from taking deliveries, to processing product and fulfillment efforts to achieve retail goals through effective distribution center operations.

Job Duties

• Assist Processing team as needed with organization, identification and prioritization of complete incoming shipments for receiving into inventory and accurate distribution to retail locations
• Lead seasonal staff to execute accurate order check-in and tagging projects
• Assist Fulfillment team as needed with organization and maintenance of inventory management systems and periodic scheduled inventory location confirmation scans
• Lead seasonal staff to execute daily restocking efforts
• Assist Operations team as needed with intake and organization of daily UPS/FedEx/freight deliveries and couriering logistics
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to accomplish all facility organization and upkeep tasks
• Assist Fulfillment, Processing, and Operations teams with inventory maintenance by using heavy machinery to ensure organization and efficient warehouse operations.
• Work as a retail inventory staff as needed to assist during busy times
• Support all sub-departments of Retail Distribution Center (Processing, Fulfillment, Operations) as needed.

• Previous experience working in a role with standard operating procedures required.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fieldpreferred.
• Retail and warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous experience in the ski or resort industry preferred.
