Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and maintain merchandise across assigned retail locations. You will partner with store teams, execute promotions, and report results via the company mobile app while traveling within the region.

A smartphone and valid driver's license are required. The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and the ability to work independently during peak periods and special projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must own a personal smartphone.
• Good communication and organization.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display merchandise in stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store staff to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects using the company mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
