Job summary

PrintLink - Print & Packaging Recruiters client in the Cleveland–Akron area is expanding its Project Management team to lead high-profile POP displays and retail solutions for major brands. You’ll own projects from concept through manufacturing and delivery, coordinating design, engineering, purchasing, production, vendors, and logistics to keep programs on track and exceed client expectations.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to manage competing priorities

Qualifications

• Experience in POP/POS, retail displays, fixtures, signage, or related print/display manufacturing.
• Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, and outside vendors.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of production, QA/QC, warehousing, inventory, and shipping.

Our client, an established and growing leader in custom POP displays and retail solutions in the Cleveland–Akron area, is expanding its Project Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage highly visible programs for leading brands and retailers and see your work come to life in stores across the country.

We’re open to different levels of experience — from Project Managers with deep POP and retail display expertise.

Title and compensation will reflect experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own projects from concept and design through manufacturing and delivery
• Coordinate design, engineering, purchasing, production, vendors, and logistics
• Manage timelines, budgets, priorities, and client expectations
• Work directly with clients and manufacturing partners to keep projects moving
• Solve production challenges and ensure quality, deadlines, and deliverables are met
• Manage multiple projects while keeping everyone aligned and informed

What We’re Looking For

• Project Management /Account Management/Customer Service experience in POP/POS, retail displays, fixtures, signage, wide-format graphics, or related print/display manufacturing.
• Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, and outside vendors
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills* Understanding of production, QA/QC, warehousing, inventory, and shipping
• Ability to take ownership and confidently manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to commute or relocate to the Akron, OH area
