Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in Project Management, Operations, or a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer projects from order receipt through completion.
• Develop and communicate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, procurement, supply chain, and logistics.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and keep customers informed.
• Ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain project documentation in the ERP system and support change orders.
