Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain electronics displays across major retail stores in Marquette, MI and the surrounding area. You’ll be working with HD TVs, home theater gear, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and more.

You will complete store visits within an assigned territory, report via digital surveys with photos, and may earn higher rates for specialized projects. Up to 20 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; no weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising and/or 3PL or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and work with displays.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within an assigned territory to set up and maintain product displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Report outcomes via same-day digital surveys with photos for each visit.
• Work up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; no weekends.

• **Store Visits: ** Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment ; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more

• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**

• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**

• Scheduling: ** Up to20 hours per week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings

• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.**

• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable**
