Job summary

ActionLink in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain electronics displays across major retailers. You will set up products, verify placement, and troubleshoot displays while visiting assigned stores.

Responsibilities include submitting same-day surveys with photos, working Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with potential additional hours, paid training, PTO accrual, and a company-matched 401(k). Travel with a personal vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Must have reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and with a small team.
• Tech-ready with internet access and a smart device.

Enhance the Retail Experience, One Display at a Time!

• **Store Visits: **Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!

• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays

• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel

• **Scheduling: **Up to 5-15 hours per week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings. Majority of work to be completed M/T/W between 8am-5pm, Additional work and team visits may be available Th/F during busy times.

• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.

• **Travel Ability: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of their role

• **Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
