Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a part-time Retail Display Installer in Burlington, WA. You will visit stores within a defined territory to assemble, place, and maintain a variety of electronics and home products, ensuring displays match client specifications.

The role offers 8am-4pm weekday shifts (Mon-Thu with no weekends) and up to 12–18 visits per week, with potential for more hours on larger regions or travel.

Qualifications

• Merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Covering the greater Burlington/Mt. Vernon area with occasional coverage in Bellingham and Marysville for partner projects.
• 1–2 trips per month to Oak Harbor.

• **Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients' brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you'd be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!

• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays

• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel

• Scheduling: Up to 12-18 per week, availability required Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm. No weekends/evenings.

• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.

• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Requirements: Covering the greater Burlington/Mt. Vernon area. Occasional coverage will be required in Bellingham and Marysville for partner projects. 1-2 trips per month will be required to Oak Harbor.

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable

• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory

• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams

• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed

• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus

• Travel Ability: Must have driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
