Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Denton, TX is seeking a craftsman to design, build and maintain store product displays.

The role is Full-Time or Part-Time, with a base pay starting at $15.24 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience. Responsibilities include designing and building displays per the Department Manager, creating 20–25 displays weekly, coordinating with Inventory Control for write-offs and materials, and planning monthly display calendars.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in woodworking.
• Tile setting.
• Use of power tools.
• Use of measuring tools.
• Use of basic hand tools (hammer, nails, saw, T-square).

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
• Maintain honesty and professionalism per company policies.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain materials inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar with a display plan for each month.
