• Retail sales leadership with a track record of meeting or exceeding store goals.
• Solid product knowledge related to specialty coffee or comparable food/beverage offerings.
• Focus on customer satisfaction with ability to analyze feedback and implement improvements.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for leading teams and engaging guests.
• Leadership experience in multi-unit or high-volume retail operations.
• Staff training, performance coaching, and team development abilities.
• Competence in basic business analytics, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience in specialty coffee or food & beverage retail highly beneficial.
