Job summary

Corvus Coffee Roasters is looking for a digital marketer to own online channel growth from our Denver roastery. You will manage site strategy, email marketing, and Shopify development, collaborating with the Graphic + Web Designer and Marketing + eCommerce Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in digital marketing or eCommerce, Shopify experience, and a data-driven mindset. This on-site role offers growth into retail and wholesale marketing and a clear path to seniority.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or email marketing.
• Shopify experience, including theme customization.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization and web analytics.
• Strong writing with a consistent brand voice across two brands.
• Analytical mindset turning data into action.
• Organization and follow-through across many projects.
• Humility, hunger, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own site strategy, email marketing, and website development for conversions.
• Improve product pages, bundles, upsells, and checkout.
• Build and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns.
• Plan content around subscriptions and launches.
• Run weekly and monthly reporting from Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
