Job summary

Role Description

The Retail Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO, responsible for leading and overseeing Corvus Coffee Roasters’ retail locations. This role manages day-to-day store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising. The Retail Director sets and monitors sales targets, analyzes performance, and implements strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. In collaboration with leadership, this role ensures consistent product knowledge among staff, high service standards, and alignment with brand values. The Retail Director also mentors retail managers and teams, coordinates training, and supports initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
