Job summary

Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive retail content and item setup for its Metrowest client.

You will manage end-to-end item setup across NA retailers, build compelling PDPs, and coordinate multimedia content to support sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality, regulatory compliance, and timely launch of product content across major retailers like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Ulta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 2+ years in retail/CPG/DTC.
• Hands-on experience with retailer vendor portals and item setup systems.
• Experience with PIM/DAM or product content management platforms.
• Demonstrated ownership of new item setup at scale across multiple retailers.
• Strong ecommerce experience with major retailers like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, Ulta.
• Advanced Excel and large data file handling.

Responsibilities

• Item setup end-to-end across the NA retailer portfolio.
• Manage gallery imagery, video, A+ and content modules.
• QA data quality on every SKU before shipping.
• Regulatory content and compliance coordination with Legal and Quality.
• Create and maintain brand stores for key retailers.
• Monitor content health with scorecards and site scrubs.
• SEO and retailer search optimization including keywords and attributes.
• Project management for product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze ratings and Q&A for content improvements.
