Job summary

Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a full-time contract role in the Metrowest/Boston area. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience and a track record in ecommerce content, retail activation, and collaboration with retailers.

You will own item setup, manage visual content, ensure data quality, and drive content health across major retailers, leveraging PIM/DAM tools and cross-functional partnerships to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or similar.
• 2+ years in retail, CPG, wholesale or DTC with ecommerce content/data.
• Hands-on experience with retailer portals and item setup systems.
• Experience with PIM/DAM or product content management.
• Ownership of new item setup at scale across multiple retailers.

Responsibilities

• Own new item setup end to end across the NA retailer portfolio.
• Route and manage gallery imagery, lifestyle photography, video and A+ content modules with Creative and Brand.
• Run QA on every SKU before it ships to a retailer.
• Manage regulatory and compliance content requirements with Legal and Quality teams.
• Create and maintain brand stores for key retailers.
• Monitor content quality across retailers using scorecards and site scrubs.
• Optimize copy for retailer search, SEO and AI-driven discovery.
• Act as primary project manager to support content readiness for product launches.
• Monitor ratings, reviews and consumer Q&A and report on content performance.
