Brunswick is seeking a Digital Shelf Specialist to curate and distribute impactful product content across Walmart.com and international ecommerce channels. Hybrid role in Mettawa, IL and Downtown Chicago, working with CMS/PIM tools to ensure content consistency and performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of content creation experience in retail, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with retailer portals like Walmart Seller Center and Retail Link.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 2–4 years of content creation experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Proficiency with CMS, PIM/DAM systems and retail catalogue portals.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and retail merchandising.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Curate and distribute high-impact content across retail channels to support marketing initiatives.
• Partner with sales and channel leads to align content with retailer priorities.
• Own and maintain brand stores and content across retailers with best practices.
• Collaborate with Digital Shelf Creative Development and PIM Solutions teams to expedite content release.
• Develop analytics and reports on traffic, conversions, and share of voice.
