Job summary

Urban Edge Properties seeks a Senior Project Manager, Construction to lead retail real estate development from concept through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, permitting, contracts, and construction execution while aligning with tenant needs and community initiatives.

You will collaborate with tenants, municipalities, consultants, architects, and contractors to drive successful outcomes, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5–10 years in Commercial Real Estate Development; Retail Real Estate preferred.
• Exposure to various asset classes preferred.
• Strong MS Office and project management software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail real estate development and construction projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, permitting, and contracts; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with tenants, municipalities, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and quality; ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
