Job summary

Insight Global in Beaverton, Oregon seeks an experienced senior project leader to oversee cross-functional programs from design to installation. You will manage budgets, timelines, and communications, while coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong relationship-building with leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in budgeting within a large/global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Design or a related field.
• Retail industry experience preferred; retail environments and programs (store design, construction/installations, fixtures & fittings, consumer services)
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a combination of operations, project management, and production
• 2 additional years' related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Experience working in a large, global environment, on complex, high visibility projects with large budgets and brand and/or commercial impact
• Experience navigating a highly matrixed organization
• Experience building relationships, interacting with all levels of leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• High profile communication experience
• Experience managing project budgets, in part, in support of the overall budget management.

• Oversight of large scope, multi-faceted, cross functional projects and bodies of work including design schedule management (from project start-up to design development to construction/fabrication and potential instals), budget management, project communications, workflow and resource management.
• Manages professional employees (internal teams and external vendors/agencies).
• Provides project planning and process management.
• Fosters teamwork and builds consensus among design team, partner teams and vendors.
• Acts as a liaison and advocate between all project participants.
• Leverages process standards, best practices, and tools while improving on them when needed.
• Develops and drives innovative thinking and operational excellence that optimizes creativity.
• Responsible for high-level communication, written and verbal, both internally and externally.
• Ensures timelines and budgets for all projects are adhered to.
