Disney Consumer Products invites applications for a Spring 2027 Hardlines Licensing Intern in Glendale, CA. You will support the team across multiple franchises, manage licensees, and help with market strategy, buy boards, and data analysis.

The role reports to the Manager of Licensing Hardlines and requires full-time availability January–June 2027, 40 hours/week, with housing and transportation arrangements expected by the candidate.

Qualifications

• Excellent digital literacy; very skilled in Keynote, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency attending and hosting meetings and webinars with Zoom and Teams.
• Meticulous and organized, able to balance multiple projects across a variety of franchises/brands at a time.
• Proven experience finding creative solutions to business problems.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build best-in-class products with licensees and drive market share.
• Attend meetings and transform discussions into actionable insights.
• Maintain and update buy boards for strategy execution.
• Handle boxes and folders with POS data, orders and franchise intel.
• Liaise with marketing for approvals and promotions.
• Maintain licensee lists with accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate on PR and social media requests for brand presence.
• Capture data for business analysis, including trend research.
• Provide support in contract/amendment processes when requested.
• Craft product presentations showcasing categories.
