Job summary

Designcraft Kitchen & Bath Co is seeking a motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Assistant to advise clients from consultation through product selection and ordering. You will help coordinate layouts, pricing, and project details while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have experience in kitchen & bath design or showroom sales, strong communication skills, and an eye for design. The role supports the sales team and showroom operations, with opportunities for advancement.

• Work with customers to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and installers as needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, deliveries, and project details.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Help maintain an organized and professional showroom.
• Stay current on products, materials, finishes, and design trends.
• Support the sales team with administrative and day-to-day showroom responsibilities.
