Responsibilities

• Execute department level strategies and policies for retail and mall services.
• Ensure department stock and merchandise are attractively displayed with signing and price markings.
• Lead stock replenishment program for the department.
• Develop and implement customer relations program to meet NES standards.
• Review stock position, trends, and in-stock levels with buyers and store managers.
• Monitor daily sales and support promotions and budgets.
• Control scheduling to align staffing with business needs and payroll.
• Coordinate promotions with store operations and procurement teams.
• Supervise and motivate sales associates and enforce store policies.
• Keep current on retail trends and benchmark practices.
• Provide courteous, proactive service to customers and colleagues.
• Perform duties independently and meet operational goals.
