Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Greenfield, WI is seeking team-oriented Associates to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service at Marshalls.

You will help maintain clean, organized sales floors, train teammates, and assist with truck deliveries while upholding safety and company policies. Ideal candidates have retail experience (1 year) plus at least 6 months in a leadership role, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and keep the store clean and organized.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries, train Associates on merchandising principles, and ensure proper tagging and hanging of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to optimize flow of goods to the sales floor and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Promote safety, labor law compliance, and support store shrink reduction goals.
