Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the store organized and efficient.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance the shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Coordinate with management to maintain flow of goods to the sales floor and backroom.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies across the store.
