• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer experience and interaction.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Organize back stock and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and signing standards; ensure safety.
