Job summary

Applicants should have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, and be able to lift heavy objects and train others. Starting pay is $14.25–$14.75 per hour with TJX benefits.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team.
• Provides an excellent customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organizes and rotates back stock for replenishment and ensures proper tagging and coding.
• Ensures adherence to store plans, safety policies, and labor guidelines.
• Supports credit and loyalty programs and participates in shrink reduction efforts.
