Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a store team member to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service. You will work with Associates to maintain an organized, safe environment and ensure timely processing of merchandise on the sales floor.

Strong communication, organization, and a team-oriented mindset are essential, along with flexibility to work nights and weekends and lift heavy objects as needed. Previous retail and leadership exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is correctly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Communicate with leadership to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety, labor policies and store shrink reduction goals.
