Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Staffing the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools to succeed in daily tasks.
• Lead store team and business results, including budgeting, planning, service, sales and people leadership.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
