Job summary

Stellantis US Retail Demand Planning Specialist role focuses on developing and maintaining US retail demand to support the monthly S&D cycle by analyzing sales, inventory and production. This position acts as a liaison between Supply Chain and cross-functional teams including Sales, Brand, Manufacturing, and Product Planning to ensure demand signals drive operational decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, a BA/BS, and 5+ years in related planning or supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand and production planning, purchasing, sales and marketing, finance, or production control.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop consensus across multiple cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain retail demand forecasts (sales/production) to support the monthly S&D cycle.
• Analyze sales, orders, inventory, and market trends to develop recommendations for responsible vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and business objectives.
• Support ad hoc what-if scenario planning and executive reporting processes.
• Leverage data analytics to improve forecast accuracy and business performance.
