The Arc of Palm Beach County is hiring a Retail & Delivery Specialist to support our mission through donations, sales, and community service in West Palm Beach. This full‑time role includes driving a 26‑foot box truck, processing donations, stocking merchandise, and assisting customers with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck.
• Retail, warehouse, logistics, delivery, moving, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience operating a POS system/cash register preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to frequently lift 75+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to pass required background screenings and maintain a drug‑free workplace.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck for scheduled donation pickups and deliveries.

• Receive, sort, stock, and organize donations.

• Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to shoppers, donors, volunteers, and customers.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck.
• Retail, warehouse, logistics, delivery, moving, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience operating a POS system/cash register preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
