Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking energetic team members to help shape the future of shopper experiences across grocery stores. You will use smartphone technology to capture and store essential data for our clients while delivering friendly service in busy retail environments.

Candidates should be at least 18, comfortable lifting up to 10 lbs, and able to lead and train others. No prior merchandising experience required—training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
