The Retail Odyssey Company in Wisconsin is hiring to support grocery store partners nationwide by capturing critical product and shopper data using smartphone technology. You will contribute to our data programs that help brands optimize shopper experiences and in-store execution.

No prior experience required; we provide training and ongoing support. This is a full-time entry role with growth opportunities, a chance to develop customer service and merchandising skills, and benefits options

Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
