Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking entry-level team members to assist customers and support merchandising efforts. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

We offer opportunities to grow within the company, plus a benefits package and additional hours may be available upon request. You must be 18+ and able to lift up to 10 lbs and move around the store as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic way.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
